SHIPPING/HANDLING 

As most of our garments are made upon order, please allow 7 business days for us to process your order. Many of our pieces are hand made, and we cannot rush perfection. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, which arrives 3-4 business days after shipped. 

For custom orders, please fill out the custom order form or contact us via email with a detailed description of your design request. We will contact you within 24-48 hrs to gain more information and follow-up with a quote for your order.

Express orders are available upon request at an additional cost. There is a $60 express fee for orders that require expedited processing and shipment. All express orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of when order is placed. Please contact us first when placing an express order.  

If an item is needed by a specific date, please email info@kerayelondon.com before purchasing. We will try our best to accommodate you. 

International shipping outside of the US is available upon request at an additional cost. Please email info@kerayelondon for further details.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges can be made for Ready to Wear items only. Any exchange for ready to wear items must be returned within 7 days of being delivered.
